About
Our
Coffee
In addition to our very broad espresso offer, HBCC offers a variety of coffees each day to satisfy our customers' pallettes.  This includes a French Roast with a strong flavor, a Light from various orgins, and a blend for the in-between;  and of course, a decaf.  Check out our coffee menu if you are looking for a great taste, or a new twist on your favorite coffee brew.
We also select at least one variety that is
Fair Trade & Organic, in recognition of the wide spread pressure on a world-wide commodity like coffee.  Certified organic coffee is grown without the use of insecticides, herbicides, regulators or synthetic fertilizers.  Click here, to learn more about  coffee & espresso.

While we believe in the power of a great bean, we are also very meticulous in the care and use of our equipment.  We know this is the other half of the battle making sure equipment is cleaned and calibrated properly, the water is filtered, and our coffee making process is followed every time, exactly to the "t".
Check out our
coffee or espresso menu pages to find out what is available with B&W Coffee.
We use quality aribica coffee beans roasted by a local coffee roaster,  B & W Specialty Coffee.  We order the beans one day, they roast and ship them the next; no wasting time sitting in the warehouse loosing their flavor.
You always get the finest roasted coffee beans from B&W and  HBCC.  They are fresh, quality beans roasted by an expert group who has been awarded the
Specialty Coffee Association of America Gold Cup Award in 2005.  They test beans from all over the world to be sure we provide the mos unique coffee experience.
Their expert staff maintains a consistent quality and taste with every vacuum sealed bag we receive.
If you would like more information about

Finally, we grind our beans immediately before brewing, insuring the freshest taste possible.
